Cheers!

Hello. My name is Scott Allen and I am a real estate photographer serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.I provide high quality interior and exterior residential images.

The flambient technique (a combination of flash and ambient light) is used for interior shots. This technique provides accurate interior colors, minimizes color casts in the photo and provides even lighting for more impressive photos.

I can also create a floor plan of your listing which provides context for the interior photos. Floor plans are very helpful in conveying the flow and room arrangement of a property. I like to provide a floor plan on every listing and am a Cubicasa Certified Photographer.

Twilight exterior shots are another optional add on and can provide striking and inviting exterior photos.

For an elevated view, drone photos provide a unique and grand perspective. These are also often used to portray community amenities. I am an FAA certified drone operator with a Remote Pilot Certificate.

Images are available for download within 24 hours of a shoot.
